All express shipped orders can be tracked online. However, not all regular shipments have this option. You can find your tracking number two ways:

Check the shipping confirmation email we sent you (this should arrive in your inbox within 48 hours of purchase). The email will contain a tracking link if there’s one available.

Check your spam folder if you did not receive an email within 48 hours of placing your order.  

If you still don’t have any luck please email us with your order details. We’ll pick it up from there.


What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe please contact us and we will try and either track it down or organise a replacement.  


Can I cancel my order?

If you contact us before your product has been shipped then we should be able to stop the shipment and refund the transaction at no charge. If we’ve already shipped your product then we would treat it as a normal product refund.


KEYWIN pedals are proudly designed and manufactured in NZ. As a result of market disruptions, we have had to source some raw materials or minocomponentry from overseas but our NZ manufacture / assembly plant gives us 100% control over the quality of the finished product. 

Our creams are developed by a Wholly NZ owned accredited pharmaceutical manufacturer.  The formulations are based on years of both solicited and unsolicited feedback from our customers



Our pedals are covered by a 2 year warranty from date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. 

This warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. 

Body Performance Creams

All creams have a batch number and expiry date stamped on them at time of manufacture.

Please reference the batch number for any / all communications.

Estimated Shipping Time

At Keywin Sports, we offer fast and reliable shipping options to get your orders to you as soon as possible. We partner with top carriers to ensure that your package arrives on time and in great condition. Shipping cost and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. 

Worldwide Shipping

We usually dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery times vary based on selected service and destination. Regular post ranges from 3 to 28 working days depending on the shipping address.


Customs Fees

Extra duties and taxes may apply to the following regions: Asia, South America, Africa, and some European countries that are not members of the EU. During the checkout process a message will appear for applicable countries once the shipping destination has been selected. Keywin will not be responsible for any customs and duties charged to a customer. If you’d like to find out more please email us.


Can I choose my own shipping provider?

No, sorry. Our current providers have continually proved to be extremely reliable for a number of years. We are comfortable that they provide the best combination of excellent service and competitive rates.

We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. 


 If you have any special shipping requests or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Keywin Sports. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the product back to us. Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are sent to the original purchaser's method of payment. If you have any questions about our return or exchange policy, please feel free to contact us.

If your Pedal is faulty or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including shipping) and / or replacement.

If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us) or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact us to issue an exchange or refund of your purchase. Please note that the return shipping isn't covered and must be provided by you.

Body performance creams that have been used cannot be returned. However, if you would like to return or exchange any unused tubs, please contact us.


To make a claim please email us with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.
