Refund Policy and Procedure

"If you are not satisfied with your order or it is delivered damaged please email us on keywin@xtra.co.nzimmediately. We will then issue you with a return reference.

Items must be returned to Keywin Sports at 4 Dennis Avenue, Manurewa, 2102, Auckland. Products must be in unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the return reference.

On receipt of product returned Keywin will refund or replace as appropriate and agreed. Replacement items are subject to availability."

Delivery Policy and Procedure

"Orders in excess of $25 will be shipped freight free to all New Zealand destinations. Orders under $25 will attract a $5 postage and packaging charge.

Orders will normally be despatched within one working day of receipt.

Orders will be sent by courier or NZ Post at Keywin's discretion. Delivery will vary between one and three working days.

Overseas orders will attract a delivery charge. Keywin will give a quotation before accepting the order"
