| Graeme Miller |
Many riders will recall Graeme riding and winning in many countries around the world - especially the USA, Malaysia and NZ.
You'll be please to know Graeme is still going strong as a real estate salesman and a week ago got engaged to be married to Toni. The engagement party was something of a "championsfest" of Keywin riders with Ric Wells (Triathlon World Champ), Craig Connell (Track Commonwealth Games Champ), Paul Leitch and Gavin Stevens (Commonwealth TTT champs), Tom Bricklebank (vet TT World champ).
We wish Graeme and Toni the very best fortune in their coming marriage. |

Hi Everyone, its been a while since my last race report. Mainly because I have only just begun back racing in New Zealand.
I joined the Subway Cycle Team back in September and came back with a bang. After a few races finding my legs (2nd in Taupo- Napier, 1st Ramblers Interclub) I began hitting the bigger events.
I placed 2nd in the last race of the Benchmark8 series and again in the Round Lake Taupo classic. I managed to win the Auckland Open and National Club Championships, both held on the Karaka circuit in October 07. The killer K2 proved again to be a very tough event, and it took every bit of my tactical knowledge combined with every last drop of gas from the tank to win. Then on to the Tour of Southland where I really suffered on the opening stage, having the worst day on the bike ever- losing 20minutes and contention for the overall win in the first 20km of the tour. I managed to salvage some pride and worked my way back into the race by going out on the assault and winning the King of the Mountains classification, it was a real nail biter with everything depending on the final climb of the race.
More recently I have returned from a successful Tour de Vineyards, in Nelson, where despite not winning a stage I managed to accumulate the overall title by consistent top placings in all the stages. From this tour the selection was made for New Zealand team representatives to the Tour de Langkawi, 7-17 Feb. I was named to the team along with 5 others, (details can be found at www.bikenz.org.
This weekend it is the National Elite Road cycling championships here in Hawkes Bay over the notorious Apley Rd circuit, 185km and some serious hills. Hopefully I will have some good news to report after that race, so stay tuned.

| Paul Odlin |
Paul Odlin achieves a second placing in the NZ Champs Time Trial!
Paul has been riding Keywin pedals for a while now and is well known as a tough competitor and a man who likes to push things hard - just the kind of tough testing and competition we like to have for our clipless pedal system.
We wish him all the best for the remainder of the trial process. |

| Torenzo Bozzone |
KEYWIN continues with Product Support for Torenzo Bozzone. Torenzo, who will be well known to many of you as a fine triathlete with serious medal prospects, will shortly take delivery of a new set of Keywin Pedals, both Mudman and CRM.
He writes:
"Everything on my side of the bridge has been going pretty good. Training has been going well – today I have 7 weeks until our Olympic Selection race at the end of March in Mooloolaba, Australia where we only have one spot left....I really appreciate the help and still love riding your pedals."
It's interesting to note that Torenzo is one of only a few using -6mm axles, which keep his set-up very tight and gives him some advantage in weight and improved efficiency.
We wish Torenzo the very best in his Olympic endeavour. |

| Fiona Docherty |
After some good solid training weeks, I wanted to put it to the test, to see how I am going and where I am at with my build up to New Zealand Ironman.
This past weekend I raced at Kinloch, in the Erin Baker Award Triathlon which actually doubled as our Taupo Club Champs. It was also run in conjunction with the Contact Energy Sprint triathlon series. So was a big day for racing and there was a great turn out.
My Race started at 7am and was an Olympic Distance Non drafting race. I had a great swim for me and took the lead from the start of the bike. Had a good solid bike with a good comfortable lead going into the run, which is my strongest discipline. Felt great in this and ended up having the second fastest run time, including the guys.
So all and all, a great day and I am feeling more confident now going into Ironman New Zealand.
