Gina Crawford - Challenge Wanaka
Firstly thank you so much for those new cleats and pedals. I think having them really helps with my power output.
Secondly just letting you know that I did my first iron distance race post Benji (who is now 6 months) in the weekend at Challenge Wanaka. I managed to win my 4th Challenge Wanaka title and my 9th iron distance title which was great. I led from start to finish and in really tough windy conditions, and this will only make me stronger for the rest of the season. I have recovered well and have no muscle soreness at all right now and my blisters are healing nicely. I am taking the rest of the week off and then begin training for Ironman NZ and Ironman Melbourne in March.
